Our Story

With a mission to enable digitalization in the travel fraternity, ETOS is a movement for excellence in the travel technology industry.

ETOS started in 2011 as a conscious effort from our director Mr. Vishal Shah to provide travel-tech solutions to a very unorganized but potential sector back in the day and with a desire to build a valuable product (MVP) line considering the needs of different types of travel agencies such as online tour operators (OTA), inbound tour operators, tour operators, etc.

The software was first developed for an Indian DMC. Over time, with the collaborative effort of the entire team, it has crossed implementations in more than 30 countries with over 150+ clients.

To create a successful product and business model, ETOS has a dedicated team of domain managers, tech leads, developers, designers, and an efficient sales and marketing team.

Today, ETOS has serviced clients from large & medium tour operators to destination management companies all across the globe, and it will continue to invest in upcoming technologies like AI, VR, and AR.
