The refund and cancellation policy differs for every user depending on their purchase.

You can cancel your subscription to our products at any time if you are on a subscription basis. If you do so, you will continue to have access to the software through the end of the paying period, but there will be no reimbursement of any kind if you decide not to use it through that time.

At the end of the current billing cycle, your account will automatically close if you discontinue your subscription. If you miss the deadline, your subscription will be automatically cancelled. We save your database for 365 days after your subscription is cancelled so that you can easily renew and use our services again.
