Where do we store it?
We store customer data and transactions on our online server, mostly housed in data centres in India and USA. The data encryption layer is applied to the data encrypted at the database level. We also have an advanced firewall and intrusion detection system coupled with our servers. All our frontend applications come with either 128 or 256-bit encryption.
When do we use it?
The information is collected to keep you informed about our product offerings, services, and new content, among other things. Additionally, the data is utilized for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes. We utilise information to execute transactions with you, verify your identity when you log in and provide customer service.

We use your information to help you with technical problems, tend to your requests for support, and enhancement of our services. For instance - If you are facing a problem, we share your information with our customer service team so that they can help you.
