Is it possible to make multi-currency quotations in ETOS?
Yes, even if your supplier's rates are in local currency, ETOS allows you to make multi-currency quotations. It has an internal rate of exchange management process that can convert all of your quotations to the currency of your choice.
Can we use our preferred format for digital and PDF itineraries?
Yes, you can design and implement the format of your choice; our designers will collaborate with you closely, and our programmers will integrate it. Customers who have our proDMC24, proplusDMC24, or customised DMC24 variant are only permitted to do so. We charge a one-time fee of USD 800 for your desired format.
How can I reuse my created quotes in ETOS?
ETOS allows you to save your quotes in your favorites section and reuse them in the future. The system also automatically selects the rates based on the travel dates of the new quote.
How many times can I amend the same quote for the clients?
ETOS allows you to make unlimited changes to quotes and keeps track of the history of each quote you create for a client.
How long does it take to create a system quote?
Creating complicated quotes with a beautiful itinerary in the system usually takes 10 to 15 minutes. According to our observations, once multiple quotes are created in the system the time is drastically reduced.
What is a content hub in the system?
ETOS is constantly creating content for clients, typically country descriptions, city descriptions, and up to 50+ stock-free photos per country. Note that ETOS has not yet covered all of the world's destinations but is constantly expanding to better serve its customers. ETOS is also not responsible for any immediate content for your destination that is not part of their developed content.
How does map integration work in ETOS?
ETOS integrates with Google Maps to create pins on the map for the destinations visited in a specific itinerary. To use this feature clients must sign up for the Google API directly.
