Can I have my format in documents like LPO / Supplier vouchers and guest vouchers in the system?
ETOS provides industry-standard documents that capture all the parameters needed to send your supplier to confirm your bookings, with the option to customise the colours. Yes, we also encourage clients who wish to change the formats to suit their brands on a chargeable basis at USD 500 per document.
How can I utilize my blocks / allotments / allocation of hotel rooms at the time of reservations?
ETOS allows you to use those blocks and inventory for those dates if your blocks or allocations are entered and the bookings fall within those dates. The functions are suited to manage all your blocks and inventory.
Will I be able to upload my rooming list if I have a large group?
Yes, ETOS has a system function that allows rooming lists for groups to be made manually or by an excel upload.
What do you mean by re-negotiation with suppliers?
Every booking in ETOS gives the tour operator's consultant the ability to re-negotiate each service line with the provider. ETOS supports this so that the reservation team can further negotiate and update the system with the finalised payable amount. This can result in higher buying power and, in some cases, a larger PnL for that specific file.
What do you mean by overcharge and undercharge & how is it managed in ETOS?
ETOS calculates overcharge and undercharge using supplier invoices/bills entered into the system. Overcharging is when a supplier charges more than the agreed-upon price for a service and vice-versa for undercharge.
