Can I assign services to third-party suppliers?
With ETOS it is possible for tour operators to either use their own fleet of drivers for any service or assign the same service to an external supplier.
How are pre-tour and post-tour expenses managed in ETOS?
At the time of issuance of duty slip to drivers and guides ETOS has a well-defined approval workflow process that helps to manage and track all the advances given at the beginning of any duty. Further at the time of completion of the same duty ETOS allows a 7-day window for the drivers and guides to book all the expenses during the course of the tour.
Do you have a vehicle utilization report?
Yes, we do have a comprehensive vehicle utilization report for your owned fleets, for services outsourced to external suppliers we do not create the report.
Do you have an extranet module for suppliers where they can update service-wise allocations?
No at this time we do not have such a feature, if required it can be customized or tailormade as per your requirements.
